Refining a basic concept: The Outer-Inner-Space notion as a specification of the Rural-Urban dualism

Although the notion of Rural-Urban is at the core of ROBUST, its definition often varies.  The author of the article argues that it can be rendered more precisely by introducing the concept of Outer-Inner space.
