A presentation entitled “Sustainable Economic Development and the Italian Network on Local Food Policies” by Giampiero Mazzocchi at the 29th Breakfast @ Sustainabilities, held on 11 April 2019 in Brussels, Belgium. Giampiero Mazzocchi is a PhD candidate in Environment and Landscape at University Sapienza / University of Molise, and a member of the coordination staff of the Italian Network on Local Food Policies.

His presentation explores how local food policies can be used for public education, economic revitalisation, and agricultural diversification using two case studies from southern Italy.
