A presentation entitled “Local Food Production to Boost Rural Regeneration” by Simona Tondelli at the 29th Breakfast @ Sustainabilities, held on 11 April 2019 in Brussels, Belgium. Simona Tondelli is an Associate Professor at the University of Bologna and the Project Coordinator of the Horizon 2020 project RURITAGE: Rural Regeneration through Systematic Heritage-Led Strategies.

Her presentation illustrates how RURITAGE is using the role models and replicators framework to test how culture and local food systems can help revitalise rural areas.
